Metrosexual is a word describing men who have a strong concern for their aesthetic appearance, and spend a substantial amount of time and money on their images and lifestyles. Though the term has undergone a transformation from its original meaning (a heterosexual man who appeared or acted as if he were homosexual or bisexual), current trends have seen the metrosexual label placed upon male embracing of practices usually perceived to be feminine, rather than those specifically associated with stereotypically effeminate homosexuals. Debate surrounds the term's use as a theoretical signifier of gender deconstruction and its associations with consumerism. Current gender scholars view metrosexuality as representative of the embracing of relational understanding in addition to its lifestyle and aesthetic implications

Stylish, intelligent, sensitive straight guy who has lots of female friends and loves being well groomed.
I consider myself metro because I like to shop and dress well, have a high GPA, have lots of female friends, and I am really attracted to women. Things metro guys do are get highlights, take really good care of skin, shave/trim body hair, wear nice clothes, etc...

A meterosexual is a straight man that dresses well,and takes great pride in his appearance.He likes to get manis,pedis,facials.
If you think of Ryan Seacrest from American Idol,he is the perfect example of one.

a guy thats like a woman..but can be straight or gay..like..umm...he has to have everything perfect..his hair..nails..stuff like that..pretty much conseided
