Hi. Probably not. There are three things which change the Sun's apparent position. The Earth's tilt, the Earth's elliptical orbit, and the Sun's path on what is called the annalema. All of these add up to make the Sun change its position. (I assumed you meant at the same time each day.)

The same place at the same time the following day, then no. Although the sun's place in the sky will have changed only slightly, it will be a bit lower in the sky. From June 21 until December 21, the sun gets lower in the sky due to the earth's tilting. Good question.

The sun may look in the same place but its position changes slightly daily due too the tilt of the earth in relation to the sun as the earth goes around the sun. However you should NEVER look at the sun as permanent eye damage could result

Techincally no. Visually, yes, probably to you.
If you live near the equator the sun would probably be in the same spot, same time, next day.
However, if you live in the Northern or Southern hemispheres, it will vary; with the seasons, the sun is either higher in the sky and longer--like summer days, or lower and shorter--like winter days.

No, it will be in a slightly different spot each day. Here's a pretty picture, with an explanation:
