There are Several!! Especially since you have PCI-Express!!
Both N'Videa and ATI make some Great Cards for around the $90 mark, if you Shop around.
On TigerDirect, I found the Following:
Sparkle GeForce 7300 GT for $55

NVIDIA GeForce 6500 for $60
EVGA GeForce 8400 GS Turbocache for $65
EVGA GeForce 8500 GT for $70

HIS Radeon X1550 IceQ Turbo for $90
HIS Radeon X1650 Pro for $95
But shop on some Other Websites!! You can't Win, if you don't Shop Around!!!!

Well there are certainly none that I would classify as great as the last guy did, in fact none that I would even say as good. I would say for that range, acceptable is pretty much the best you are going to do. not gonna give you much performance on games, but at least it is DirectX 10, so that is something.
