Your clitoris is a little bud of erectile tissue that lies between your labia, in front of the vaginal opening. It has twice the number of nerve endings as the male penis and stiffens when stimlated. The g-spot is an area inside the vagina which may be related to the male prostate; if you put a finger inside your vagina and make the "come here" gesture you may feel a little knot of rough feeling tissue. It's thought that g-spot orgasms are the ones that make some women ejaculate.

The G spot is a spot inside your body that, when "pushed" can help you orgasm.
The clitoris is an external spot that is apart of the vaginal lips, that, when aroused, can also help you achieve an orgasm.

Both spots give off different forms of "excitement" during sex and play. The only real difference is that the clitoris is easier to play with than the g spot. If you want to try to find your g spot, it's difficult, but not totally impossible.

You'll have to stick one or two fingers inside you and feel around. If you press your fingers against your vaginal wall, where your stomach is, feel around for a patch that is sort of rough feeling. That is the g spot. If you can manage to massage it, you should be able to make yourself orgasm. Or, if you are in a sexual relationship with someone (either dating or married), they can do it for you since it would be easier for them to reach.

So long as you are enjoying the sex at the time the comment was made, why would you care ? Just say "You're so right babe!' and keep on . . failing to satisfy your partner, by the sounds of things. More seriously, as many earlier answers have explained, "This has no meaning anymore" implies that "this" used to have meaning and no longer does. The other statement doesn't imply that "this" used to have meaning, nor does it imply that "this" it never did. But to put them in context, if either of these statements are what you're hearing during sex, it means you're about to become single.

The main difference is the g-spot is inside your body while the clit is on the outside.
