Nope. Goldfish nor any other fish can be frozen solid.
This is a very inhumane way to treat a fish as well since it took a few hours to totally freeze the tissue and the fish knew it was freezing to death.

What kind of a question is that ....of course it won't live...its not even an artic species only few animals (normally reptiles WHO NATURALLY LIVE IN COLD CLIMATES can survive it)
though I hope you learned something about this ... if you actually dd care for the goldfish (which I doubt) you should of asked the question before actually doing it!

no as the fish freezes ice crystals will form in there cells which will rupture every cell destroying the fish internal organs
