Because their narrow eyes help them accelerate their response time. ROFLE, LOL.

Maybe it's because most video game companies are from there or they help with creating the games. They probably have them test the games so they have more access and practice to them.

I know all video games aren't made in Japan but a fair amount are.

They're just as good as any1 from another nationality is. They just come from a country that is somewhat more technologically advanced then others.
