Actually, humans are obsessed with patterns. Like at 12:34 or 22:22hrs.
In dates it is hard to find patterns, today is one of the kind, plus seven is a "divine" number (666 is the Devil imitating God).
You will see this next year in august 8, and the year after that on september 9...

7 is lucky because of a dumb chart that you can make. 7 occurs the most often in the chart. I forgot how to make it but its in math books and it has to do with dice and probably it as to do with odds and probability
