Well, I prefer the laptop/notebook to be cheap. And I prefer to pay monthly on the PC. The operating system in which I i desire is windows vista.
And what i consider cheap is $550.00 and under..

I got mine at Radio Shack. I paid some in cash and the rest I used the credit card which I applied and got the same day even though I have bad credit. It was more than $550 but I got rebates. Otherwise have you looked at refurbished computers on Amazon.com?

You might want to loan some money from a friend or something and then pay them off. Or have them purchase it for you and give them money weekly/montly.

u either buy the computer in full, or u pay monthly and u pay more for it in the long run. i believe dell does financing
