I have looked evrywhere and can't seem to find these colors I'm looking for?
I want it to almost look black with rich undertones
any manicurist on this site or girls who just know nails, I'd appreciate a response. thanks

try the deliciously dark collection from OPI. I love lincoln park after dark, lincoln park after midnight and espresso your style.
Essie also has some interesting colors. I love Sole Mate, Chocolate Kisses, Wicked,

ok... i am actually wearing it right now and i totally love it... if i want a deep scarlett color i always buy REVLON's "730- Valentine" nail color....it is amazing...let me tell you and i usually put on 2 coats and a clear on top to give it this deep, mysterious, yet classic and elegant look....srry i cant help u with the chocolate brown b/c i dont usuallyy use that color...but i hope that i helped.. ;)
