There's no textbook or scientific answer to specifically tell you when exactly. It just happens when it happens. Wish I could tell you something better than that, but the hard truth is every body is different.

No, you don't NEED to know, you want to know. Your "friend" is clearly going through puberty and will likely start fairly soon, although that could mean a week or a year (or more.) Like every woman in the history of the world, your "friend" is just going to have to wait for nature to take its course.

Why do you NEED to know ?! Just wondering. Anyway, it sounds like she'll get it whan she's 12 or 13. But if she doesn't, that's perfectly normal. Some girls don't get it till they're 17!! :)

When her body is ready. There is no way to predict it. She will get it when her body feels that it could support a pregnancy (that's why we get them). Give it time. Some girls don't get it until they are 16.

Ok, your 'friend' is probably pretty soon, but she would be gonig for as late as age 16. Give 'her' time!

You don't need to know, you want to.
Anyway. "She" could start soon but couold be as late as 18. no one can honestly ever be sure.
