Sadly, we American women can't get away with it. Why don't we wear them and they do?

Why in the world should we wear the gawd-awful pastel-colored hats??!? The way a lot of Americans dress is bad enough.

They DON'T always wear hats. However, polite society, of which very few Americans belong, knows when a hat is part of the fashion dictates.

They are so angelic that the extra weight of the hat keeps them from floating off into orbit.

umm when I lived there I noticed that they *don't* wear hats as much as Americans.

Not all english do im english and we only were them we want to and its just differant tastes
