Over night delivery will cost more. If mailing a letter thru standard mail delivery depends on the day you send it out. Three days if no sunday or holiday interferrence.

Depending on where you mail it from in Chicago...if you mail from a mailbox, expect at least a couple days....if you mail directly from the post office, a day or two....
If you don't trust it, I would drive up to the business and drop it off in person or in the post office in that area.

I have no idea. You are better off phoning your Post Office and asking. They will give you accurate information.
