Use the MAGAZINE to fan your FART away from Grandpa's SANDWICH, or else he'll beat you with a PIPE til your stomach is CRAMPED and you start to resemble BILL GATES, after a while.

I got a darn cramp in my leg while trying to reach for the pipe and decided that I would read the cramped up magazine about the old fart Bill Gates with the cramps and it was so bad I had to toss the sandwich...

Bill Gates sandwich cramped up his stomach making him fart while he sat on the toilet only able to sit there while he tried to read his magazine and smoke his pipe but the damn cramps weren't going away and he hated it because it put a cramp in his style.
ok so yeah its a Run on sentence and it doesn't make sense but it is a sentence none the less

I was at the store looking for a porno magazine and I had really bad cramps which I assumed were from that sandwich I got from the gas station so I let out a really big fart and little did I know Bill Gates was behing me smoking a pipe.
