The short answer is "No." The longer answer is "No, but it depends on which station/site you are listening to". There are some sites that allow you to listen to Internet radio stations, but every so often it stops the music for you to reload the page. Then there are sites which continuously stream music for you to listen to without interruption. A couple of links to such sites are below.

No if you use a program like musicmatch or itunes. They have a section where you can listen to certain radio stations for free. But if you want an all you can listen buffet, then yes you have to pay.
