Virgo is a scorpio's best mate for business plans, because it's another twisted sign.

Scorpios are water signs, so they go best with water signs, generally. Other Scorpios are usually the best match, but Cancer and Pisces work well, too. Capricorn is an earth sign, so it probably wouldn't be the best match.
If course, my fiance is a Scorpio and I'm a Leo, so you might think we're a bad match. I must say that we have an "interesting" chemistry which is predicted by the combination of water and fire signs.

Seriously, I wouldn't bother with superstitions like astrology, unless for amusement.
There is a star or zodiac sign for each month, namely twelve. When you see what's going to happen to you today in the newspaper's astrology column, presumably everyone who's birth date is close to your's and shares the same sign will share the same fate on that day.
There is absolutely no evidence that astrology can be taken any more seriously than as an amusement.
So certainly check it out, but treat it as a bit of fun. Humans are people with individual differences, all six or so billion of them, so get to know someone instead of looking up their star sign if you're serious. :-)
