On Win. XP machine, click "start" then "all programs", the "accessories", then "system tools"...look for "system restore". Click and follow instructions to restore original factory settings.

You might also check the packet that came with your machine (owners manuals, Windows disks, etc...)...my PC came with a "system restore" CD that I could simply insert in the CD drive and "run" to restore original factory settings...this worked perfectly when I needed to return a defective machine that contained private info...quick system restore and EVERYTHING I did to it was gone in a flash!

If you are talking about removing documents, that should be easy, you could just delete them all manually. If you are talking about removing programs, I would say to go into control panel, then, if you are in Vista go to the Programs and Features button, if you are in XP, go to the Add or Remove Programs button, and just find the programs you installed and remove them.

Most certainly. If you installed programs, just go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. If it is personal files or folders such as music, video, text, etc. simply right-click and select delete.

The easiest and fastes way to do it is by using system restore. Go to "programs"- "accesories"- "system tools"-"system restore". Click it and then choose the date when you first used your computer or whatever date you choose before you installed all the unwanted software. It will automatically remove all softwares and files installed after the date that you chose.
