whenever i click on a file for example my computer or my music plus this happens with control panel: i click on it and the screen including everything like icons start menu currently opened programs but the background goes away for about 10 seconds then comes back in ANYONE knows ANYTHING about this PLEASE help me =(

I didn't really understand your question, but it sounds like your computer is running slow. You may need to run a disk clean up or disk defrag. I think it may be under accessories in the start menu. Hope this helps!

As long as it comes back fairly quickly--it may not be much of a problem.
