Men with no shirts on - Yuck. If I want to see someone's nipples, I'll ASK. Why do the ones with beer bellies or pigeon chests think it's a good idea anyway?
Girls who refuse to buy the correct size jeans. Just cos they say size 10 on the label, doesn't mean you're a size 10 if they give you muffin top!
Socks and sandals. Nuff said.
Sunburnt Brits abroad. Stop getting carried away! You're not used to it Pasty Boy!

1] anyone who pouches over their waistband, skinny or fat
2] people who go braless and bounce so much they almost play music [ boinga, boinga, boinga...]
3] any shorts that don't cover at least two inches of thigh
4] high heels at the beach! or pool...
5[ coverups that make you look naked underneath [ if it's a top, put on some pants before you leave the sand! ]
6] guys in sleeveless undershirts - they are UNDERshirts, get it? or any tank top outside the gym.
7] girls in short shirts and a short jacket so tight their boobs stick out the top. The school security guard [ female ] said 'why don't you just put a picture frame around them?'
8] I personally don't like speedos [ unless you are training for the Olympics ] on anyone; or thongs [ where do you sit down?
Who sat there before you? and what did they sit on before that? ]
P.S. Why can't fat ladies wear tank tops? Mine all cover my belly. Also, define 'old women' and 'low cut'. Do you mean women with droopy boobs? I've seen a few of those in their twenties!

I think Number 1 tops my list. Common sense should say if a shirt doesn't cover everything it should...DON'T WEAR IT IN PUBLIC.
