Does the all-time budget buster of all time expect us to believe that the Democrats are the reason he doubled the national debt?

Why not? The Republicans have taunted the Democrats with this for 40 years and the majority of Americans fall for it every time despite all the evidence to the contrary.

Yes he does, because Americans have fallen for it for generations, thinking that democrats using tax dollars to pay off Republican "borrow and spend" is actually the fault of democrat "tax and spend".
