testing yourself eh? (by goin' up against this site's guidelines...) but if you honestly need to know...it is true like the others that have stated already...not many of them were there in WWII...
I'd suggest in the future that you think about how to ask a question like this one in a more tactful and acceptable manner...you've stepped over the line as far as a racism is concerned. Words of hate is not tolerated here at Yahoo! Answers...Though I can see how you may not have been trying to be offensive, but there are those that will take the way you ask as a offensive. Find another method of hiding yourself besides the monitor in front of you. Because, more than you could ever imagine, there are a lot more people than you and your kind, that wouldn't tolerate your words of hate.
Have a nice day....

Hitler went after everyone and anyone who was not 'pure'. So he persecuted Jews, Blacks, Gays, Gypsies, and anyone who was either mentally or physically 'imperfect'.
Just to correct something that someone else has mentioned: in pre war Germany, the Jews were totally assimilated and in no way living separately nor working separately. They did not 'control' businesses, they worked alongside the Germans and were very happy in Germany, which was thought to be an intelligent and cultured and enlightened society.
This is one of history's most important lessons: the fact that such terrible racism and ultimately genocide could happen in Germany, means it could potentially happen anywhere in the world, something we must never forget.

Hitler used the Jews as a scapegoat to blame for domestic ills. Germany did not have many black residents in 1932. Further, the Jews were the traditional nationality that Europeans loved to hate.

Actually, the nazis targeted other ethnic groups and people with disabilities as well as the Jews.
But there were almost no black people in the areas the Nazis conquered. So Hitler didn't go after them for the simple reason that he never had an opportunity.

The scope of the threat determined his target! The black population wasn't that large and it didn't control a significant portion of the wealth in the country...the Jewish population was much larger and controlled a large amount of wealth (that Hitler wanted for his own).
On top of that, the Jews practiced a religion that denied the salvation of Christ and the possibility that non-Jews could have a relationship with God. While Hitler himself probably wasn't Christian (no "probably" about it in my mind, but most scholars label him a pagan even though he was raised Catholic), he was enough of a politician to know that most of the population was (about 1/3 Catholic, 2/3 Protestant) and that, by holding out the Jews as being against Christians, he could create more support for his plan.
Personally, I think something bigger might have been at work. Jewish people certainly weren't lacking enemies from the beginning of the race! If you've read the Old Testament, you should see that one of the most common themes is "woe unto thee oh Israel, for you have sinned a great sin against God"! How many times did God "deliver his people into the hands of their enemies" as a consequence for disobedience? Hitler was just one of the most recent in a long line of rulers that targeted the Jewish people. ...and remember that the atrocities of Hitler eventually lead to the re-creation of the Jewish homeland, Israel. I'm not suggesting that Hitler was doing God's work...he was clearly evil, but though his evil, God was able to bring his people closer to him and restore their place in the "promised land".

Well,
Hitler went against the Jewish people after recently getting turned down by a job that a Jew was accepted into.
Hitler believed that the Jewish were being unfair and were becoming the leaders of society. He believed that the Jewish were getting better jobs only because of their religion.
The "Aryan" race is the only race of people that Hitler fully accepted. An Aryan is characterized with :: blonde hair, blue eyes, and any other religion than Judaism.

Having a scapegoat, an internal enemy, is part of the recipe for fascism. There were no blacks in Germany. Jews had money and businesses that could be confiscated to enrich the Reich, and Germany had a tradition of anti Semitism that Hitler could use as a starting point.

He did go after black people. he just killed Jews because theres not many black people living in Europe, at least not then. He also killed Jews because he said Jews were the reason why they were so poor because Jews owned most of the business back then and they had more money. why would you want Hitler to go after black people, no matter who he went after it was cruel and evil. Besides blacks already had white people killing, raping, and beating them before and while the Jews had it happening to them.

Hitler not only went after Jews, but blacks, gypsies, homosexuals, the physically and mentally challenged as well. there were more Jews than the rest. Also Antisemitism is an already existing prejudice that was easy to exploit.
