I didn't really understand your question, but it sounds like your computer needs a disk clean up or disk defrag.

Or, you may have too many files saved on your hard drive. You may want to invest in an external hard drive to save files on.

sounds like a cooling problem.try opening the tower and blowing out around you fans with caned air...good luck
