If you just got your corn snake yesterday he's probably still settling in to his new environment... moving to a new surrounding is pretty stressful for them.

When I got my corns they wouldn't eat for the first several days - but now they're ravenous little machines.

I'd recommend leaving your corn alone for a day or two until he gets used to his new home, then you can try offering him food again and see what he does.

Put him in a small round container, like a Coolwhip bowl and put the pinkie in there with him. Put holes in the cover and leave him in there for about 30 minutes, then check on him. Usually they will eat pretty quickly. If not, try again later and try each day. This is a tip I got from a well know corn snake breeder/author! Then return him to his tank (which should have a hiding place and an under tank heat mat) and don't bother him for 3 days.

leave him alone for about a week to get used to his new environment then you can try to feed him if he does not eat you don't want to try each day all that will do is stress him out you can try about every 3rd day or 4th day just make sure that his enclosure is correctly set up and that the food you are offering him is the correct size . if the food is too large or the temp in the enclosure is too low that will make a snake not eat also . and sometimes all you have to do to get a snake to eat is try feeding at night so that they feel secure.

do you want your snake to live? you do? well then leave it alone for at least 5 days then try to feed him . you have stressed him out just make sure his heat & hummidity is corect and leave him alone for a while and he should be fine if he dont eat after the 5 days try again after 2-3 more days . when you feed him try placeing the mouse in its cage then turn the lights out in the room then leave for about 20 minnutes and it should be gone or being eaten. i know you want to play with your new pet but do what i say that way he lives wait a day or 2 after he eats then get him out if you would like

Give him a few days to adjust to his new environment then put him in another viv. A bowl or something with a secure lid. Do not feed him in his viv, aquarium or whatever you plan on keeping him in. I always kept those crab cages to feed my baby corns.. Any way put a towel over it where it is very dark and leave him or her alone. If he doesn't eat it wait a few days and try again.
Last resort is to force feed and I have had very little luck at force feeding.

Where did you get it from? He is probably getting used to his enviornment. He may be stressed if he got shipped from somewhere off the internet and they usually dont eat for a while.

Just put a pinkie in his cage and see if he eats in the next few days.

Try crickets or meal worms.... if he is a baby his diet doesnt consist of mice yet since he is too small..

Maybe he has already been fed recently and is not hungry.
