I'm 18 years old and will be 19 in a few months. My breasts have been about a 34B since I was 14. The size doesn't bother me, though. My concern is that they're still in that puffy, triangular stage, normally without any visible difference between nipple and areola.

Should I be concerned that they're not developed yet or just try to stay patient?

If it helps, I've been on my period for maybe five years and have been on birth control for six months.

Everyone is different. I don't think it's anything really to be concerned about. Sometimes stress or being athletic can slow down the process but it will show eventually. Also, when a girl is pregnant her breasts become larger.

Those padded bras aren't too bad. The pill tells your body you are pregnant, and some woman get breast growth early in pregnancy, but some don't. If you can ask your mum, aunts, older sisters about their pregnancy breast growth there may be a family tendency. My guess would be you will see all the improvement you'll get within 3 months, it is very gradual, I didn't notice it coming, just suddenly gone, when I stopped. I suppose you know they will still grow after this age. Everybody has something they don't like on their body, as a teenager. Hopefully you will become less fussed later.

If you're looking to increase your size and get rid of the 'puffiness' stage, try something that actually has worked for many women. It's a suction machine, I'm sure you've heard of Brava..it's similar! Try YourLizzy.com, or BravaBreasts.com

Everyone's different and breasts continue to grow until a woman is in her 20s. Just be patient.

Honestly, I do not think you will "develop" anymore since you are 18 now (almost 19). The only thing I can say is that when (and if) you become pregnant, they may change then...most women's breast change when they get pregnant.
If it is really bothersome, you may want to talk with your dr. about this.

I think you should talk to your doctor and mom.Because if the docter isn't worried you shouldn't be. Also problems like this are usually hereditary.
Hope I Helped!
