Yes! TEXAS! 2 weeks ago couldn't get out of my house because of all creeks over their banks. I actually know (peripherally) someone who died when their car drove into a flooded underpass. This was in the middle of a city, under a major highway. We got a lot of the worst of the flooding that was on the news. Luckily, I live on a hill....

Not in a state, but there are some provinces and nearby towns that have been flooded during this season.

We had some minor flooding (PA), but nothing like Texas, and Oklahoma last week. Our rivers almost hit flood stage, and some roads were flooding, we had downpours with storms, like all day for 3 days.
