Where can I test for a NJ Boat License around Toms River NJ?

Boating Safety Courses must be completed in person.

The NJ web site give the above links; but, BOATUS says; "States such as NY, NJ, PA, CT, RI, NH, MD, AND OTHERS
do not accept this course for their education requirements."

So, NJ web site say one thing and the BoatUS say another, not sure of the others. Guess the people in NJ need to tell the D*ckheads running things to decide what the heck they want.
