people start degrading the type of music u like to listen to?

um hell yea. it doesnt make any sense. jus because they dont like it doesnt mean no one else does. i dont get y they have to hate on it. if you dont like a type of music fine dont listen to it but you dont need to go to people who do like it and say oh why do you like it its garbage. just if you dont like it dont listen and leave it alone.

Yes, I very much do. The statistics never lie over here. Most people on Yahoo! listen to Rap more than country and Rock as they rate rap songs better. I aprreciate Soft Rock but, not hardcore. Any form of music can exist. Rap takes it to a whole new level.

I like R&B, Rap and Hip-Hop and a bit of Rock but I completely respect any kind of other music out there because I wouldn.t like it if people teased me about my music taste.

Yea i do!!!! But everyone has their opinion and are free to express them. But i don't see why they should degrade sumthin they do not listen to or dnt understand!!

yes all the time and it happens alot with rap and rnb its usually generalized as being such horrible music without being given a chance.

sometimes, i like some alternative rock, but i mostly like rap and r&b and stuff. and ppl are always like"y r u listening to rock?, black gurls a suposed to listen to rap"
