Our worst nights usually don't happen on a Friday because we expect to be busy then and we're prepared. My crew works as a team and we get through it.
Try some positive energy on those nights you'd be surprised how it will rub off on everyone else.

I bet it gets busy- but the fact of the matter is-thats why its called "WORK"==
It would be funny to say instead of "I gotta go to WORK" / "hey I gotta go sit around and get paid for it "
get my meaning.
It dont get any easier-hang in there buddy.
I think Walmart is hiring.
