Do you love the night sky?

I do. Especially in the city where there are lights everywhere. I would love to go on a date at night. So romatic! And the moon is shining and the stars. Take time off tonight to just look at the night sky. And also, the stupid sun isn't in my eyes. I wish that time was flipped. Like at 1:56pm, it is daylight. Instead of daylight, it would be night. I could live w/ that. Look at the day sky then look at the night sky. Whick is prettier?

I actually like the night sky out where there are NO lights. The lights from the cities prevent the stars from showing through. I once did an overnight crossing of Lake Michigan and you could see NOTHING but stars. You couldn't tell where the lake ended and the stars began because the sparkles on the water perfectly imitated the stars in the sky. I then knew what Jimmy Buffett was talking about in his song "Stars on the Water".

There is ONE exception to night skies in the middle of nowhere being better than city night skies. I LOVE going outside at night just after a snow (or when a light snow is falling). Everything (including the sky) seems to glow. Sometimes there is the best of both worlds - there may be snow still falling but the sky has cleared up so I can see the stars. . . . It's GORGEOUS!

I do, but I live in a large city so the stars aren't easily seen here due to light pollution. The prettiest night sky I have seen is in Arizona and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The night sky in sparsely-populated desert areas is spectacular!

I love the night sky as well. I love to look at the sky in the country especially when it a clear dark night. The only thing is light the world is beautiful stars. No street lights, no house lights, and no car lights. the only thing more beautiful is when the sun raises.

The night sky is beautiful no matter what! If its a clear sky, cloudy, or even raining! I love the stars! And just looking up at the night sky would be such a romantic date. The sky doesn't have to be fancy or dressed-up to be pretty or romantic! It's just naturally beautiful!

I love the night sky, but I can't imagine how you can stand it in the city, when light pollution drowns out almost all of the celestial objects.

During the daytime, I like to look at cumulus clouds, or cumulonimbus clouds -- especially mammatus clouds (all basically "big puffy clouds").

Actually I prefer one that is far far away from urban areas. No neon lights to fill the sky. And no clouds too..

Coz I love to look at the stars. I don't know why, it makes me feels more relaxed, and my mind feels free.
