PC is a way better, check Unreal Engine 3 and CryEngine 2.0.

PCs will always be better for graphics as they have way more powerful hardware, provided you have the money to spend, plus the displays are better.
At the moment the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 come very close to matching PCs in terms of graphics, as they are very recent consoles. They have fast processors and powerful graphics cards that are pretty much equal to your average gaming PCs these days. However, PCs can be upgraded and component prices are always dropping as faster ones become available, so you can always stay on top of technology with a PC, whereas console technology makes a leap forward every 5 years or so. In a year or two the current generation of consoles will be lagging behind PCs, especially with things such as quad core CPUs, DirectX 10 and Pixel Shader 3. Plus there's no escaping that PC monitors still have higher resolutions that TV - even though the Xbox 360 and PS3 are High Definition capable the resolution of HD only goes up to 1080 (across), whereas on a PC that would be considered quite low these days, with games being run in 1600x1200 and even higher.
So to simply answer your question, graphics will always be better on a PC. However taking money into account it would, in all fairness, cost more to put together a PC with the same specification as an Xbox 360 than buy a 360.

PC is way better, so much more u can do. but if u just want quick and fun, then go for the XBOX 360

You get what you pay for with an xbox. For the cost of my SLi pc setup (graphics cards only) you could buy five 360's.

it depends on the graphics card you have for your pc, but usually a pc. 360 comes up pretty close.

PC blows the Xbox out of the water, if you want to spend about a £1000. Check out crysis, its not comming out on the consoles because they cant handle it
