I listen to kahiko or any traditional hawaiian music
I also meditate, pray, and know that things will get better
your thoughts attract energy
trust me
there are studies that support this
and proof that optimistics live better
and longer

I listen to music - usually in this case, I'd listen to sad/down music so I can wallow in it and get it out of my system quickly. It works for me! I eat chocolate, too - it doesn't really help, but it sure tastes good.

depends on the situation. if i lied about something & feel guilty about it, i'd confess it to the person i lied to. if i was just feeling bad for someone else, i'd try helping them with whatever they'd be having trouble with & i'd feel okay after. get it? other than that, i'd just be listening to music.

I always go into my room & blast my room with music.
I turn on songs that make me feel good & wanna dance.
& in about an hour or so i'm happier.

take a candle lit bubble bath....and if i cant do that, i just listen 2 oldies music.
