Kay well I haven't got my period yet, so my friend was talking to me about it. She says when it comes out you have gooey ****, like the blood comes out in a sticky form... is that true...? ;l

yes it is normal. also, during the end of your period, the tissue that comes out can be somewhat dried up, which makes it kind of brown, which is also normal.

Well, your period is not blood, exactly. It's the spongy, blood-rich lining of your uterus. It's not the same liquid texture as blood from a cut, definitely thicker. I wouldn't say sticky, though.

Sometimes it does...they're called blood clots and it is perfectly normal. Usually when your period is heavy, that's what you get.
