I actually had the same problem yesterday. What a nasty taste and smell. It doesn't happen to me very often thank God!

What causes it, I wish I knew. Just go to the store and buy some simethicone 125mg chewable tablets in the rolaids/tum section of your local drug or discount store.

That exact thing happened to me...except I also had an upset stomach for a day.

It only happened when I ate strawberries so I figured I had developed a food sensitivity (not allergy cause I am still alive).

Just don't eat them anymore. So hope you can find your trigger-food.

Carbonated drinks, turnips, greens of any kind, beans, nuts, beer and popcorn will do that. Some spices and some things like peanut butter, mayonnaise, and ketchup will do it, too.

fizzy drinks?? I had this before, I tried bicarbonte of soda- 1 teaspoon in water that balances the PH in your tummy, worked for me
