water
polyvinyl acetate
polyvinyl alcohol
tsrn 80100215-5000p

sensitizer:
phosphoric acid
p-diazo diphenylamine sulfate
para-formaldehyde

these are the ingredients for an ulano emulsion
most companies have MSDS listed on their web sites
