i'm thinking to go to bellagio at 10:30am, eating a little, then do some serious eating at 11, when they change over to lunch. is this ok, or will they make me leave? also, there are some buffets where breakfast ends, and lunch doesn't start for a half hour after. will they let you stay during this time also?

Here is a general tip on how to use this trick...

If the meal times listed are concurrent such as breakfast from 7-11 and lunch from 11-4 then you can probably pull it off. If there is a break in between the time such as 7-10:30 and 11-4 then you probably wont be able to. Its probably 50-50 on which way the buffets work.

I have done this a couple of times, sometimes they stop seating a half hour before change over for this reason. Depending on where you go for the buffet. Call the buffet of choice and ask when they stop seating for breakfast and when lunch starts. That will give you an idea. I have done this at the Paris hotel from lunch to dinner. Just have to do a little bit of research when change over is and when they stop letting people in for seating for breakfast/lunch.

They would really prefer that you LEAVE... if you insist on staying, they will make it obvious they think you should LEAVE.
