I wish I could say that I don't but I have a lot of bottled up anger I unfourtantly have a hard time unleashing my feelings so they build up. It once got so bad that my left arm started hurting and feeling heavy but I can't let them go I keep everything on the inside so it doesn't affect anyone

Yes I do I exploded yesterday though so right now the bottle is empty. It will fill up again though and I will explode with all kind of built up anger.

No I don,t think so I try not to have any anger at all it,s bad for my health. If I do get mad about something I don,t stay that way long life,s to short for that kind of stuff.
