I just wondered that now after your question, good thought. At the hotels I used to work they were all male also thats strange.

no, cause up until the last few years that kind of sex prejudice was in many fields, but it's changing. many women going into culinary school now so that will mean more women chefs, no? same with doctors and lawyers, more women than men are now enrolled in medical and law school.

i never really thought about it and i work in a hotel....hmmm... if i had to guess, i would say that it is becoming a male dominated industry......
