thats a GREAT question.... i think as long as you are up on the liquid levels you and the baby should be fine..... the problem that comes with heat thats not severe heat as in 117 etc... is dehydration. It happens at a much more rapid pace than normal. So make sure you are almost overloading yourself with water becuase it drains so quickly in heat like that.

Your baby will be fine, remember you body inside is 98.6 degrees, so 100 shouldnt be too bad, but if you are concerned then get a fan, that should give you some cool, and even open the windows, not with the fan on cause the cool air will just go outside. And of course make sure that you both are hydrated very good.

invest in some fans..... and drink alot of water at least 10-12 glasses a day.

and tell your doctor so they can monitor b/c heat can add extra stress on the body and baby.

Your baby when it is the womb is in a controlled protective enviroment, surrounded by the amniotic fluid. This fluid is at a constant temperature and is designed to protect your baby.dont worry .drink plenty of fluids and rest when necessary.

Please drink A LOT of fluids...( i really mean that). My sister-in-law's child never made it because of the heat and she was dehydrated.
