Yes, I do change the connection to my memory card, not phone memory. I do not have a Micro SD card. Is that the problem? HELP!!!

When u hook it up its not going to detect your memory card so if u want music on it its going to download to your phone.If u get a memory card u move it to that.

Did you install the RAZR startup program on your computer? Use whatever CD's came with the RAZR and follow the installation steps to enable the PDA/phone set up.

Well, if there is not a memory card installed, then it's not going to be found.

call your carrier from a land line phone sometimes they can download updates.
cell phone companies stink. they make it so hard on people
and if the tech servceis cannot help you have to go to a store to have the phone flashed.
