Like some others have mentioned, some of the most appealing aspects are the spirit of freedom (that extends even beyond the freedom of clothes) and the surprising level of acceptance. Unlike mainstream society where only a small percetentage of bodies are acceptable, at a nudist resort, it doesn't matter what you look like, in fact sometimes the most mainstream-acceptable people feel a mild "reverse discrimination". Overall though, they accept you as you are. It's a very refreshing social environment coming from overboard mainstream US culture, which says you're wrong if you don't look like Brad Pit or Paris Hilton.

Yes I belong to a nudist club. It has a feeling of freedom, because no one is judgmental and you feel nature all around you. Its is funny many religious groups are against nudity, yet most nudist live the non judgmental and acceptance preached in all religions. Although, I have to give the Presbyterian Church I attend credit. About 30-40% of it's members are nudist.
Once you try the nudist life style, you will be hooked forever.
"As nature intended"

I have never been part of a nudist group, but I attended a nudist picnic once. I am a bit more self-conscious so I wasn't nude. What I liked about it was that they are so free. They don't have the hang-up about body image that the rest of society has. No one commented that someone was too fat or even that I was wearing clothes. It was an interesting experience and it made me realize that our culture wastes so much time worrying about stupid crap such as whose clothes are out of style and that not everyone has the body of a model.

Many years ago as a young man I was told the following: If we were all nudist without any clothes, all the problems in the world would disappear.
Now, much older, I find that statement to be as true as truth ever was.

I belong to a nudist group. The most appealing thing about it is the freedom to take your clothes off and truly relax.

Yes, I am a nudist. The best part is having the freedom to be among others who don't judge.

ICK!
Well, I guess if you really hate bad fashion, you don't have to worry about it here.

But, if you like good bodies, you probably won't find a plethora of them either.

My husband was once a delivery guy, and he made a delivery to a nudist camp, and he said it was pretty gross. Mostly old, out-of-shape guys and women with their breasts hanging to their waist. It's not like the Playboy mansion, let me assure you.
