Verizon Wireless uses CDMA network, which means all of Verizon cell phone does not use any sim card or RUIM. Only Cingular (A T&T), T-Mobile and Nextel uses sim cards on the back of their phones. They use GSM network.

go to VZ web page first.
if not there
call the customer service div, and ask to transfer to tech svs.
use another phone . they can add features.
and if all failes you have to go to a retailer to have to the phone flashed.
