I know you requested a yes or no answer...BUT I HAVE AN I DON'T KNOW...HERE IS WHY...
Pictures are deceiving...especially black and white ones...I think your eyes are too close together also I don't see your eyelashes...long curly eyelashes make eyes pop out nicely...also your eyebrows are out of place...I think you overplucked, your eyebrow should start right above the inner corner of your eye. I also see the tip of your nose is too round...i think it is the bulb like nose...no offense.. In my opinion you nose is your biggest flaw. Your lips are nicely shaped and are a nice size... Your skin looks good also...although...once again....it IS a black and white pic...so that is very tricky.
NO OFFENSE MEANT...this is strictly a very subjective and somewhat objective opinion....just from experience and working around peoples quest for beauty.
In my opinion....beauty is in the eye of the beholder...although very cliche...it is so true.
