I have anger issues myself. I find that writing things in a journal really helps. Remember though; people can and will find it and read it if you aren't careful with it. And that can make things worse. But when my anger is too big for the book; I scream. I do it into a pillow or something so I don't alarm anyone though.

I'm sorry you're mad, hon. Heres some suggestions: -Punch or scream into a pillow. -express your anger artisticly, through painting/drawing, collage, poetry, writing in a journal or in letter form to who or whatever is pis*ing you off(no holes barred and you never actually send it)
-vent verbally to someone nonstop for 10-15 minutes, saying everything thats ticked you off.

write one of those sad angry online blogs...lol

poetry is good but keep it to yourself because if you show people they will just get annoyed at you trying to be 'deep'

I would say, write a memoir. It really helps control anger by recording your life, and you're doing something too! good luck

Walk outside and scream at the top of your lungs. Works for me.

Punch a pillow, pound on your bed.
Later, get a notebook, and write and write and write until you get it all out. Then, have a bonfire or use the shredder, and destroy the pages.

sometimes just screamin out loud can make you feel better...but i recommend that you do something that constructive or that makes you feel alot better. do something that'll take ur mind off things.
