Yes, several times, and its the worst feeling. Its horrible when the person gives you some weak excuse and you know that the reason they stood you up is because they just couldn't be bothered, that seeing you wasn't appealing or important to them. It makes me feel lower than dirt, which is why I would never do it to someone else. Nobody is so terrible that you cant keep a promise to spend a few hours in their company.

yep, i was gonna meet ppl and they made a joke of it and pretended they had said a different spot and that they were actually waiting for me the whole time... when rly they just ditched and had a party... so yea.
