If you're a transsexual girl, you KNOW that it's not possible for you to have periods, conceive or give birth to a child.
I suspect you're trying to wind up the people on this forum.

I seriously wonder why I'm wasting my time other then for the points because you obviously know the answer. I doubt you are a T/S woman sense you ask this question. Most if not all of us know more about Transsexualism then the average Doctor, and if you are by some chance real and made it as far as surgery and had never had it explained to you that you will never be able to conceive a child, or father one if you did not store your sperm first then you had a very incompetent Doctor.

I am sorry, but that is not possible. I miss being able to do that as well. Adoption is about all we have for now, though we all know it is not the same thing.
Sex-reassignment surgery only removes the male parts and provides the means to be able to have sex as a woman. Outside of that, it does not create the internal organs needed for childbirth.
Despite comments below, transsexual women have never been men. That is why they fix their bodies. Just having a male body does not make you a man. Please don't confuse being a man (way you act, feel, relate to others) with being male (having a Y-chromosome, testes, etc).
To those who doubt the asker is an actual TS, well, I've met a TS who didn't know this. She cycled her hormones thinking it would prevent uterine cancer, and yes, she was seeing an endocrinologist. "Oh, the doctor gives me Provera to keep me cleaned out inside." What was there to clean out since she didn't have a uterus?

You cannot conceive. You can take various hormone combinations to simulate some of the symptoms of having periods, conception is out of the question with current medical technology.
But you can adopt and be a loving mom to a child.
edit: all that gender reassignment surgery does is remove the male organs, it is not currently possible to transplant female reproductive organs into a transwoman, just as it is not currently possible to transplant male reproductive organs into a transman.
Maybe one day, in the not too too distant future such a breakthrough may happen.

question? Are you particularly watching the coach or in basic terms seeing the toddlers? do you no longer see the stress of what the family contributors is going by? additionally nicely For some infants it truly is that maternal urge( thats wide-spread) as an occasion i'm 20 i am going with to have young ones yet i understand that i'm no longer well being nor mentally and financially waiting to have a newborn and a ensure could go with to grant the excellent for his or her newborn and ideal now i can not . To have a newborn now could be like failing my newborn before their even conceived. yet understanding all you're able to be waiting to have and help a newborn with little rigidity( as much as you are able to plan for) occasion money. if what makes the version between infants with organic urges and infants who've young ones do to unplanned or replace something lacking of their existence. as nicely watching how problematic that's to look after a teen why might you opt to have a newborn. I advise the waking up ever different hour to feed, exchange or what ever else for the infant is adequate for me to assert i'm no longer waiting

Seriously, I think if you had the surgery your doctor would have explained to you that having a child was out of the question. Plastic surgery and hormones can enable you to immitate the female form, but you simply haven't the plumbing to produce a child, that is why you don't have periods. Questions like this make me doubt very much that they are written by actual transsexuals.

Sorry, but there's no way that you could ever give birth. Pregnancy and conceiving in men (or used to be men) is unheard of and dangerous for the mother and child. Your only choice is to adopt.

Sorry to have to tell you this, but medical science hasn't made it that far yet. It's a tough loss. One many of us struggle with every day. *hug*

unless you have working ovaries and uterus, no baby
but that's the same for women that are born female as well
not all of us have working organs. it doesn't make you less of a woman.
