When x = 3, 6x + 6 = 6 x 3 + 6 = 18 + 6 = 24

When x = - 3,

6x = - 18 and 6x + 6 = - 18 + 6 = - 12

All u do is put it into the equation
6(3)+6
18+6 = 24

6(-3)+6
-18+6 = -12

its a simple method of pluging in the x values into the equation (which is 6x+6). so...

when x=3
the equation turns into (6(3)+6)=18+6=24

when x=-3
the equation turns into 6(-3)+6=-18+6=-12
