In all honesty, I must say Hillary tips the scales!. Poor Brit is only mentally unstable, there have been no mysterious deaths that are tied to this poor girl!

HOW messed up can one be when you can't even spell the word "role" correctly?!? Good grief!!! Despite this, Brittany Spears just wants to take over the airwaves with her annoying music. Clinton, however, wants to take over the world and make women wear pants and God-awful pant suits, denying them their femininity. She wants to exact revenge on Bill by emasculating men in our country by becoming President and creating a new edict and Amendment stating that all males must enroll in NOW appreciaton classes. She also wants women to walk around with strap-ons under their pants, like she does, because she is waiting for the opportune moment to....screw the American people. Got to be Hillary Clinton.

Oh, WOW. They're both crazy, no doubt. But I've got to say Hillary ranks higher on the wacko meter, mostly because she's been around a lot longer and she's only gotten crazier.

Hillary simply because she wields more power. Brittany is a nut job, but the general public is not effected by her idiocy.
It is nice to know that she takes her "rolls" seriously (I am partial to cinnamon rolls). If only she would take her life seriously...
