No. There are many better movies than Transformers.
I am not going to get all hyped up over "this moment" and say that it is "the best movie ever" - like many people tend do here on Y!A (until they see the next good movie). But I think it is a very very good movie (better than Fantastic 4:Rise of the naked dude on the surfboard)
But I have seen it twice and I do agree that it was an awesome movie.

I don't think it's the greatest movie of all time, I think there are a lot of movies out there that are better, but I do believe it's the one of the BEST summer movies I've seen in a long time.

Haven't seen it but I'm going to say I doubt it soley based on the special effects, I love special effects as much as the next guy but 9 times out of ten there is next to no intelligence put into the dialog of the script, this is not only a problem in movies but in society because all people do nowadays is sit in doors and play video games or are on the computer (guilty). Best movie of all times hands down Ferris Buellers Day Off..Next in Line Young Guns 1&2 followed by ALL Star Wars and Back to The Future's

I will say it's the toy based movie ever made. I have to admit that when I heard the voice of O.P. in the opening scene and knew exactly who it was right away I got a cool feeling like I was 9 years old again sitting in the theater watching the animated movie in 1986.

Oh my gosh, I loved this movie!
Put it this way:
I hate Superhero movies
I hate end of the world movies
I hate action movies
I hate comic book movies
This movie I loved. That must mean it's one of the greatest movies of all time. And Shia LeBouf (sp?) is my new favorite actor.

it was awful. it was cheesy and the acting was bad and that one female character - the australian - completely disspeared . and the only reason for the other girl was sex appeal - she was just retarded. it was just AWFUL - and the sound was so metalic, all my friends and i left the theater with THROBBING headaches. i liked shea lebeuod fdkkk or however you spell his name, but that's only because i liked him on even stevens when i was like 10
