since this is just mutiplication you just mutliply straight across

top of fraction = 3x-6(8x) = 24x^2 - 48x

bottom of fraction = (x^2+3x)(2-x) = 2x^2+6x-x^3-3x^2
now combine your like terms
x^3 - x^2 + 6x

leaving you with:

24x^2 - 48x/x^3-x^2+6x

now to simplify:

24x(x-2) / x(x^2-x+6)

Assuming question is:-
[(3x - 6) / (x² + 3x)] X [8x / (2 - x)]
= [ 3.(x - 2).8x ] / [ x.(x + 3).(2 - x) ]
= [ - 24(2 - x) ] / [ (x + 3).(2 - x) ]
= - 24 / (x + 3)

(3x - 6x^2 + 3x)(8x/2 - x)
= (-6x^2 + 6x)(4x - x)
= (-6x^2 + 6x)(3x)
= -9x^3 + 18x^2

(3x-6/x^2+3x)(8x/2-x)
=[(3x-6)(8x)]/[(x^2+3x)(2-x)]
=(24x^2-48x)/(2x^2-x^3+6x-3x^2)
=(24x^2-48x)/(-x^2-x^3+6x)
=x(24x-48)/x(-x-x^2+6)
=-(24x-48)/(x^2+x-6)
