yup, teri hatcher's character, susan. she's really clumsy and unlucky. she even locked herself outside of her own house, naked, once and she got stuck in the middle of the floor of her boyfriend's house when the floor collapsed beneath her

I'm pretty sure it was refrring to Susan, who is played by Teri Hatcher. Her character is pretty goofy and is always tripping, falling, or just acting dumb.
