Goes to floor slowly with NO leaks?
Bad master cylinder.

You failed to mention
Year.
Make.
Model.
Which would have help a lot determine if it was an issue with a particular vehicle, or age of vehicle.

Could be a leaking wheel cylinder. You won't see a leak because it'll only leak when you press the brake. And all the fluid splashes on the inside of yer tire and hub. Brake booster could be bad as well.

you don't have any brake fluid in your lines. Your master cylinder is just one part of the system. You have to BLEED your lines! (get the air bubbles out) You need to take the wheels off, and get a cup, and loosen the bleeding nut. Have a friend pump the brakes and hold it in. Fluid will come out and cap it. Perhaps somebody else is better at describing this than me.

its your brake booster diaphragm or leaks are not always external and visible man it could be a cup seal inside the master cylinder but more than likely its the vacuum check valve in your booster

if the pedal goes to floor either the master cylinder is bad or there is air inside it... you can't look at one and tell if its bad it has to be checked .if you pump it and hold some presure on it and it still goes down be better to have it replace either way id say it is bad

you should check calipers, brake hoses, wheel cylinders, and anything that the brake fluid travels through. hope this helps with your problem, good luck.
